Notification for Employee's Past Due Training ★

As a manager, you can now set your notifications settings to include getting notified when an employee beneath you has a training that is past due. This notification will allow you to send a reminder to the employee.

Forms: Logic on Toggle Component

Similar to how logic works on a multiple choice component, you can also add child sections and logic to the toggle component on forms.

Forms: Ranges on Number Component ★

When adding a number component to the forms, you can now set a range of minimum to maximum that is allowed for users to put in.

Forms: Area Component

Similar to how you can select from a list of assets on forms, you can now add the ability to select (or scan) from Areas as well.

Custom Fields for Users

Just like the custom fields for Assets, users can have custom fields as well. You can add, create, edit and delete custom fields. 

IDs on Work Orders ★

The system now creates and shows a friendly identification number for all new work orders. This can be used and referenced internally and externally to discuss a specific request.

Set the start Work Order ID Number

Along with the new work orders, you can set what the start or next Work Order number should be by updating the Admin Organization Settings.

Bug Fixes

As always, there are some smaller (and sometimes larger) things we update/change along the way. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• The order type questions were missing the drag handles/icons that denote where to reorder the answers. We've put them back.
• The video uploads were misbehaving and causing issues. We've upped the speed and told them to shape up.
• The import was taking blank fields and making their values blank on user imports. Now, if it's blank, we just ignore it.
