Updated User Import

The User Import has been updated to dynamically generate a template file based on your organization. This includes all of the normal fields that Noviqu has, plus all of the custom fields that your organization has created. 

The import will now allow you to import those custom fields, as well as the normal information, and includes an instructions page to go with, so if you get confused, just reference it!

Asset Import

Similar to the User Import, we've added the ability to import your assets into the system. This includes all of the normal fields that Noviqu has, plus all of the custom fields that your organization has created.

My Requests for Maintenance

For users that don't have access to the maintenance portion of the system, they can still view all of their requests for maintenance, make comments and view the status of these request.

Updated Maintenance Notifications

Notifications for maintenance have been updated to include the following:

• Notification when a request that I created has been updated
• Notification when a request I am assigned to has been updated
