March 2021 Updates

Welcome to the March release notes. This release wasn't officially released until 4/14/2021 

Create Follow-up Forms and Assignments.

With forms you can now select follow-up forms that are to be completed after an initial form has been completed. These follow-up forms can also be assigned to other people. For more information on this look here.

Updated Notify User component on Forms

We have combined the "Notify User" from "fields on the form edit and from the form detail edit into one component that is now under "Actions" on the form edit screen. To see how to use the new Notify User Component click here.

You can now upload images to the work instructions of a work order.

When editing a work order you can upload and copy and paste in images in the work order instructions editor box. 

Other things!

• The Training Matrix now contains a way to filter by category.
• When reviewing offline trainings you can now see the version of training that existed when they did the offline training. 
• A search bar has been added to the Group detail page. 
• Added the ability to see who created, when it was created, who last modified it and when for lessons and courses.
• When an uploaded video is finished uploading we now send an email with a link to the lesson where the video was uploaded.
• Updated the cards at the top of the My Training page to be more Mobile friendly and modern looking.
• The Training matrix now contains the same columns that the skills matrix does: User, Title, Shift, Cost Center, Site, Area, and Role.
• Increased the speed of the users loading on the offline assignment modal.
• Bug Fix: Courses and Lessons with long names would cover the edit pencil icon.
• Bug Fix: When clicking safe after adding a link to a video on a lesson it would do nothing.
• Bug Fix: The matrix on the lesson detail would show deleted assignments/assessments.
• Bug Fix: "Assigned By" was blank on My Training cards for training that was user created.
• Miscellaneous UI tweaks.
