Dashboard - Manager

This is the Noviqu dashboard. This is the first page you will see every time you login to Noviqu. It gives you an overview of your organization and key statistics are front in center. We'll dig into each section of the dashboard below.

Learnings Completed

This card shows you the total number of courses and lessons that were completed in your organization over the past 7 days.

Daily Learning Question

This card shows a random daily learning question every day. It's a great way to test and refresh employee knowledge on a daily basis with simple, yet imperative questions. Daily Learning Questions are managed on their own page, you can find the documentation for them here.

Time Spent Learning

This card shows you the total time all users in the organization have spent learning/training in Noviqu for the current month. It also shows a bar chart with the previous 2 month totals for easy comparison.

Recent Activity

This card shows you all recent learning/training activity for anyone that reports to you. You will be able to see up-to-date statistics on what learnings they have recently completed as well as their score.

Percentage Complete Reports

This is perhaps the most powerful part of your dashboard! This is a customizable report to get completion percentages for various things throughout Noviqu that are linked to a learning. You can build a report to just show overall completion percentage for every course & lesson, or you can build one that shows the completion percentage by specific categories or groups.

If you find yourself consistently building the same report, you can easily save that report so that you can reload it again in the future without having to go through the customization process again!
