How to export a Power Point Presentation to PDF
Exporting a Power Point Presentation to PDF will result in a much smaller file size. This is great for uploading presentations into your training on Noviqu because as long as the file is smaller than 25mb then it will be able to be previewed right on Noviqu so your users will not have to download the file to be able to view it.
This is a very simple process. Simply follow the below steps to export any Power Point Presentation to PDF.
- Click on File in the top left of the menu.
- When the side menu expands, click on Export.
- In the next menu click on Create PDF/XPS Document and then click on Create PDF/XPS.
- Choose a name and location to save the new PDF and then click Publish.
- All done!
