Forms - Create

Navigating to Quality Forms.

Once you have logged into Noviqu, you will need to click on the quality menu item in the left hand tab. Under quality, you will click on the forms tab.

Creating a New Form

Once in forms, you will click "add new" on the right hand side.

Inputting Form information

Fill in all pertinent information (any field with an asterisk is required), then click create form.
