Safety Form - Edit

Navigating to Safety Forms.

Once you have logged into Noviqu, you will need to click on the safety menu item in the left hand tab. Under safety, you will click on the forms tab.

Editing a Form

In forms, you will click edit on the right hand side of whichever form you want to edit. Once on the edit screen, make sure to unpublish by selecting the "published" button in the top right corner. You can now begin editing your form. You can also change the order that the components are by dragging the desired component up or down until the desired location is met. Once you are finished with editing, remember to select publish.
