Learning / Library - Overview
The learning library is the heart of Noviqu. It's where you can see all of the learnings in your organization as well create new learnings like Courses & Lessons. Let's dive in and take a look!
Library Statistic Cards
The first thing you'll notice are the 4 cards at the top of the library. These cards give you quick insights about all of the learnings in your library.
From left to right, the statistic cards are:
- Published Courses vs. Total Courses
- This card shows you the total number of courses in your library that are published. The bottom right of the card shows the total number of courses in your library (published & not published). Only published courses can be assigned and taken.
- Published Lessons vs Total Lessons
- This card shows you the total number of lessons in your library that are published. The bottom right of the card shows the total number of lessons in your library (published & not published). Only published lessons can be assigned and taken.
- Learnings In Progress
- This card shows you the total number of assigned courses and lessons that are currently in progress by people in your organization.
- Completed Learnings
- This card shows you the total number of courses and lessons that have been completed within the specified time range.
Tip! You can click the This Month drop down on the Completed Learnings card to select a different time range! Check out the example below!
Learning Cards
All of the learnings in your organization are shown here in the library. Each card shows some key information about the learning such as the name, description, associated categories, version, etc. This allows you to quickly find the learning that you're looking for so you can view detailed information about it. Just click the learning that you want to view more details for and you'll be redirect to its detail page!
You can also use the search bar which is located above the learnings to find exactly what you're looking for. You can search for a learning by name or description.
You can even click the filter button to the left of the search bar to filter your learnings by more than just the name and description!
Export Learnings
Sometimes you need to take data out of Noviqu so you can throw it into an excel sheet and customize it how you like. If that's the case, or if you just want to export the data because you want to, then follow these simple steps!
- Click the "Export" button which is to the right of the search bar.
- You should now see the export dialog on your screen. If you are okay with the default settings then go ahead and skip to step 4! If you'd like to customize the export then keep reading.
