Personnel / Groups - Create New Group

Adding a new group in Noviqu is super simple! Groups make it easy to assign a learning to multiple people at once, and they're great for keeping all of the employees organized within Noviqu.

In this article, we'll walk you through creating a group and adding some people to it. Let's get started!

1. Login to your Noviqu account and then navigate to the Personnel / Groups page using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Once you get to the Personnel / Groups page, click on the Create button in the top right to create a new group.

3. Give the group a name and a description if you'd like. Only the name is required but sometimes adding a description helps when you're trying to find a group quickly.
4. Once you've given your group a name and description, click on the Create Group button in the bottom left corner of the New Group window.

5. Once the new group has been created, you will be redirected to the Group Detail page. This is where you can see the details of a group including managing who is in the group.

6. As you can see, we don't have any people added to this group yet. So let's do that now! Click the Add Users button and a new dialog will pop open. This is where you can select people to add to the group that aren't already in it. Once you've made your selection, click the Save button in the bottom right.

7. After you've clicked the Save button, the window should close and you should see the newly added people in the group! You can now come back to this group at any point and add or remove people from it. Simply clicking the Remove button next to a persons name will remove them from the group.
