Sites - Create New Site

Adding a new site in Noviqu is super simple! Sites make it easy to categorize people by the facility/site that they work at. Follow the steps below to add a new site to your organization!

1. Login to your Noviqu account and then navigate to the Admin / Sites page using the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Once you get to the Admin / Sites page, click on the Add New button in the top right to create a new site.

3. A window will side open where you can add the details for your new site. All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Here's a list of each field as well as a brief description of what they are.
   • Name - The name of the site. Pretty self-explanatory 🙂
   • Description - A description of the site. Put anything you want!
   • Address - If this site is a physical location, you can put its address here.
   • Parent Site - If this site is a child of another site, you can select it's parent here. The parent site must already exist in Noviqu to show up in the list of options.
   • Assign a Tag - Choose whether to create and assign a new tag to this site. You can always choose to assign a tag after creating the site as well. Learn more about tags here.
   • Active - Choose whether the site should be Active in Noviqu or not. If the site is marked as inactive, then it will not show up anywhere else in Noviqu besides here. You can always change the active status of a site at any point after creating it.

4. Once you have input all of the information, click on the Create button in the bottom left corner of the New Site window.

5. After the site has been created, you will be redirected to the Site Detail page. This is where you can see the details of the site as well as any Noviqu activity that is linked to it. If you're interested in learning more about what you can do on the Site Detail page, click here.
